This ultimately is something that the buyer will have to take into account. Vacancy is a huge issue, especially if you are purchasing your primary residence. We've seen examples in deep Lehigh Acres and Cape Coral where vacant homes can attract crime. Luckily Fort Myers has pretty much steered clear of that mix. That’s a very interesting point.
