8 Days Left for First Time Home Buyer Credit

Well, we’ve been talking about if for a long time now, the first time home buyer tax credit from the federal government is coming to a close.  There are only 8 more days left and then the tax credit is gone forever…well, at least that’s what they’re telling us now.

You do not have to buy a house within those 8 days, but the house must be under contract by April 30th.  You have to close before June 30th to qualify as well.  That does not give us much time to put an offer on a property and hear back.  If you want to take advantage of this offer…you better get on it!  Contact us or call 239-244-1340.
